After a refreshing and tasty Waldorf Salad at Melo’s Steakhouse, our next stop was Brother’s Burger.
Brother’s Burger, a gourmet burger chain, was established in 1999 by a trio of biological brothers. It has become a favorite for those who opt for hearty burgers stuffed with only 100% prime choice imported beef and freshest ingredients. Now on its 18th year, Brother’s Burger offers more than burgers to continue catering to the varying preferences of both loyal and new customers.
THE BOSS BURGER, PHP 350 (or USD 6.84)
Burgers do get bigger, fuller, and, at times, more complicated. This includes the boss burger that will definitely have your mouth working as you eat it. Triple beef patties are divided by layers of cheese and topped with tomatoes and lettuce. These are all sandwiched between a light oatmeal bun.
BLUES BROTHERS, PHP 235 (or USD 4.59)
Any feelings of melancholy will dissipate with this burger. The combination of blue cheese sauce, mushrooms, and bacon offers a robust flavor that will surely excite blue cheese lovers.
RANCHERO, PHP 235 (or USD 4.59)
We wonder why this is called Ranchero. Anyway, if it’s named as such because it figuratively lassos diners with its deliciousness, we’re sold. Half pound flame-grilled beef patty topped with crispy onion rings and honey cured bacon is sandwiched together with lettuce and tomato on their signature oatmeal bun.
Your family and/or friends who want to eat anything besides burgers can enjoy Brother’s Burgers crunchy and flavorful chicken wings.
BUFFALO WINGS, PHP 195 (or USD 3.8)
Surprisingly, this is spicier than the BBQ Jalapeño chicken wings. Its spiciness woke us up.
BBQ JALAPEÑO, PHP 195 (or USD 8.3)
We like how this was heavily coated with a delectable BBQ sauce then the heat comes as an aftertaste. It’s really enjoyable to eat.
SOY & PEPPER, PHP 195 (or USD 8.3)
Finally, we had the soy & pepper which was a savory delight.
