Mati’s Meat and Bread at Festival Mall’s River Park

Amidst the themed restaurants that take crowds by storm, one will always return home to seek comfort and relaxation. That is what Mati’s Meat and Bread excel in based on our experience in their Festival Mall branch.

Put up by Caron Santiago-Macasaet, one of the heirs to Melo’s culinary legacy and her husband, Paul Macasaet, Mati’s Meat and Bread upholds “quality at an affordable price.” It is certainly what Melo’s Steakhouse came to be known for. However, families will certainly appreciate that Mati’s Meat and Bread restaurant are more casual and its food more affordable.

Ambiance/ Interior

With the usage of bricks, woods, and warm red tones, the restaurant feels welcoming and inviting. Meanwhile, the high ceiling greatly added a spacious feeling that makes it all the more enticing for us.

Their floor-to-ceiling window displays view of the 1.5-kilometer river adorned with lush greenery. It is such a relaxing sight so we recommend you choose this spot especially when you’re on a date.

If you’re dining with the family, you can go for their round tables for a more intimate setting.
